I tried to upgrade to a newer version - but due to very poor Quality Assurance at epubor - the installer didn't work.

Support was poor as developers are based in China - responses took time.

I hope they improve their Quality Assurance.

Test your product before you let people use it.

Can you tell me more details about your problem? Maybe you can try to uninstall this software and download the latest version from our website.

I just installed it by upgrading an older version. Itook less than 2 min and works fine ( on Windows 7 64 bits computer )

Got an email showing new epubor version, downloaded & installed over existing version with no problems.
All information, books and whatever else stayed in place.
