I have downloaded Epubor and trying to remove the DRM from a Nook book that I had recently purchased. I went through the steps on https://www.epubor.com/faq.html#e303 and downloaded/installed Nook Study but was unable to login. I am not sure what I am not doing correctly unless it is that I have to purchase the licensed version of Epubor. If that is the case, I will do so, but I wanted to test it out first to make sure it will remove the Nook DRM.

From 10th March on, there is no converter to remove Nook DRM since Nook closed its server. If you still want to do that, you can click "Setting" to enter your Nook account and password to generate a key, then add your Nook eBooks to epubor ultimate to decrypt the NOOK books.

When I got to settings to enter my nook account, there is no option for nook.

Epubor lies. I've seen multiple different dates as to when they are "no longer" able to remove Nook DRM. They haven't bothered to update any of the language or articles regarding how to remove the DRM. I purchased a kindle based off of their false articles and advertising. I suspect they were never able to remove the Nook DRM.

Thank you for your concern. Epubor software can not remove the NOOK DRM from March 2019. If any article has caused the confusion, we are sincerely sorry for this issue. This is because the NOOK has changed its DRM scheme. If you can download your Nook books via Rooted Android device, I can send you the old version of Epubor software to help you remove the DRM.

Your website indicates you can convert NOOK books. Your guide gives detailed steps. But in a purchased EPUBOR Ultimate program, I cannot find the Nook tab nor follow the instructions to log in to my nook account. If you cannot convert Nook I would request a refund since this was (based on your promises) the basis of my purchase.
