Is there a way to improve epub formatting when converting from kindle azw/kfx? I was able to achieve conversion on windows using the older Kindle version, but the formatting in the resulting epub file is, while quite readable, not as nicely formatted as the original in my windows kindle software. I didn't find formatting in the user guide, if I just missed it please let me know. thanks!

Thank you for contacting us. Are you using the trial version of full version?
Please note that the trial version will convert ebooks in text format which will lose the images and formatting. If you fall in this case, please purchase the full version to obtained the right formatting.
If you are using full version, can you please send the converted epub books to our support team via support@epubor.com and then describe where is not properly formatted. Then we will come back to you with the solution ASAP.
